Job summary

W.W. Williams is seeking a Service Manager in the United States (Las Vegas area) to lead, monitor, and direct service processes, ensuring shop efficiencies that promote quality customer satisfaction.

You will organize workflow, plan staffing, and evaluate priorities to ensure technicians work cohesively and are accountable for tasks, while maintaining schedules for timely installations and services.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from a two-year college or technical school; or two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Delivers exceptional service by focusing on quality and customer service standards; analyzing and resolving customer service issues; identifying trends; recommending systems and improvements.
• Assigns parts and labor costs correctly for customer invoicing and warranty processes.
• Maintains staff by training employees, maintaining a safe, secure, and engaged work environment, developing personal growth opportunities.
• Develops staff by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and instructing employees; developing, coordinating, and administering policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
