Job summary

W.W. Williams in La Vergne, TN seeks a Branch Manager to direct operations, lead the team, and serve our customers directly.

You will set long-range goals, maintain OSHA-aligned safety practices, forecast the branch's needs, and coordinate with Corporate, Sales and Parts to drive growth.

Qualifications include a four-year degree or 3–5 years of related experience, strong communication, leadership, process improvement, customer service, and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Management or Leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to identify and implement process efficiencies.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Establish long-range goals, objectives, and strategies and lead personnel to achieve them.
• Promote safety to all employees by maintaining facilities and equipment to OSHA and Corporate standards.
• Formulate the business forecast and operating plan for the branch.
• Coordinate with Corporate and Divisional leadership to review performance and implement changes.
• Collaborate with Human Resources, IT, and Accounting to meet location goals.
• Resolve customer or employee issues to achieve the best outcomes.
