Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing Program required.

• Licensed Registered Nurse in Massachusetts required and CPR/BLS certification required.
• 1–3 years related work experience required; new graduates considered.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage outpatient primary care nursing care across the continuum.
• Assist providers with exams, treatments and procedures as needed.
• Provide skilled telephonic triage, education and care coordination.
