Job summary

Aubergine Kitchen in Draper, UT is seeking a Server for our production line, with Monday–Saturday morning and evening shifts and weekend coverage. Roles include Full-Time & Part-Time positions at $16 per hour, with Sundays off.

You will set up, stock, and rotate the line, portion dishes, and occasionally deliver to tables while maintaining quality. You must stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and complete onboarding with a Food Handler Certificate within 14 days.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required for this location; bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Friendly, guest-focused attitude with attention to detail.
• 18 years or older; prior restaurant experience is a plus but not required.
• Food Handler Certificate must be obtained within 14 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Set up, stock, and rotate the production line (greens, proteins, sauces, toppings) using FIFO; flag low ingredients to prep immediately.
• Portion and plate every dish to Aubergine's consistency and presentation standards, following dietary restrictions exactly.
• Occasionally deliver dishes to guest tables with a friendly, attentive manner.
• Keep your station and the dining area clean and sanitized all shift — sanitizer refreshed every 2 hours, tables cleared and reset promptly after each guest, floors swept as needed.
• Restock storage (cold/dry goods), to-go supplies, and self-service items; help with online/catering orders and dishwashing when needed.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong English fluency required for this location; bilingual Spanish or Portuguese a plus.
• Friendly, guest-focused attitude; strong attention to detail; able to keep pace under pressure.
• 18+; prior restaurant experience a plus, not required.
• Completes Aubergine's onboarding program; Food Handler Certificate within 14 days of hire (company-supported).
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift/push/carry up to 50 lbs.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Restock storage (cold/dry goods), to-go supplies, and self-service items; help with online/catering orders and dishwashing when needed.
• Pitch in wherever the team needs support during peak periods — customer experience is a shared responsibility.
