Overview

Responsibilities (Examples by Role)

• Cashier: Greet customers, take orders, handle payments, maintain front counter cleanliness
• Dough Maker/Pizza Maker: Prepare dough, assemble pizzas, maintain food safety standards
• Delivery Driver: Deliver pizzas promptly and safely, provide excellent customer service
• Shift Leader: Supervise shift operations, train staff, manage inventory, ensure quality and customer satisfaction; support shift operations and mentor new team members when needed
