Job summary

Mountain Mike’s Pizza – Surprise AZ is hiring a reliable dawn-dedicated dough and prep team member to handle dough preparation and food prep before we open.

This full-time morning role offers a consistent 4–5 hour shift with a start no later than 9:00 am, growth opportunities, and training provided. Compensation is $15.15 per hour; benefits include free uniforms and employee meal discounts. Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and work independently in a fast-paced kitchen.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Reliable and punctual; early mornings matter.
• Able to lift 30–50 lbs.
• Food handler card or willingness to obtain one.
• Previous kitchen or prep experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh pizza dough daily (mixing, scaling, proofing)
• Portion and prep ingredients (vegetables, meats, cheeses)
• Follow Mountain Mike’s recipes and food safety standards
• Maintain a clean and organized prep area
• Stock and rotate inventory (FIFO)
• Assist with light cleaning and opening tasks

Skills
