Stratosphere Gaming, LLC is seeking a Team Member Dining Room Busser to help create a clean, welcoming dining environment for team members. You will clear, clean, and reset tables, maintain service areas, and stock supplies throughout your shift.

Candidates should have at least 6 months in a full-service dining venue, be able to follow instructions, communicate well, and work as part of a team. The role requires attention to safety and eligibility to work in the United States, with a food

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service to all team members.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Team Member Dining Room, including dining areas, beverage stations, condiment stations, and service areas.
• Promptly clear, clean, sanitize, and reset tables to ensure seating is readily available for team members.
• Sweep, mop, and spot clean floors, tables, chairs, and surrounding areas to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
• Transport soiled dishes, utensils, trays, and other items to the dishwashing area in a timely manner.
• Restock dining room supplies, including utensils, napkins, condiments, beverages, cups, lids, and other service items throughout the shift.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position
• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Team Member Dining Room, including dining areas, beverage stations, condiment stations, and service areas.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
• Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
• Verify right to work in the United States

• Frequently push/pull up to 50lbs.
• Frequently lift and/or carry up to 50lbs. at floor, knee, waist, and chest levels
