Stratosphere Gaming, LLC is seeking a Utility Cleaner to support our culinary operations. You will perform deep cleaning of kitchen equipment such as stoves, ovens, and surfaces, and conduct high-dusting to maintain sanitation standards across kitchen and beverage areas.

You must be able to follow safety guidelines, handle cleaning chemicals per OSHA, and provide courteous guest service while keeping work areas organized and compliant with gaming regulations.

Competenze

• 1 year of relevant experience preferred; STA Kitchen Worker certification preferred
• Knowledge of proper stove and equipment cleaning techniques preferred
• Familiarity with handling industrial cleaning agents and chemicals
• Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team
• Committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safety-conscious work environment
• Ability to access and input information using a moderately complex computer system

• At least 18 Years of Age
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
• Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
