Position: Burger King Team Member

The Team Member is responsible for providing exceptional guest service and support, working closely with Restaurant Managers and other Team Members to maintain operational standards and procedures. The role reports to the General Manager and Assistant Managers and involves direct interaction with guests and the field operations team.

Responsibilities
  1. Ensure a positive guest experience by providing fast, efficient, and friendly service.
  2. Prepare products according to company specifications, maintaining quality standards.
  3. Maintain established speed of service and cleanliness standards.
  4. Verify the accuracy of guest orders and handle cash transactions if required.
  5. Train and become proficient in required positions within the restaurant.
  6. Restock stations, unload inventory, and support various roles including front counter, Drive-Thru, and food production.
  7. Operate kitchen equipment such as fryers and slicers safely.
  8. Follow all policies and procedures outlined in training programs.
  9. Support the team in other duties as assigned by management.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  1. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Professional appearance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Ability to interpret instructions and operate a computer and calculator.
  4. Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends.
  5. Willingness to perform all restaurant tasks.
Minimum Requirements
  • Must be at least 16 years old.
Physical Working Conditions

This role involves frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, and active movement including lifting up to 50 pounds. The environment may include exposure to loud noise, humid conditions, and mechanical parts. Regular standing, talking, hearing, and manual dexterity are required.
