Research Team Member — Gill Law Firm hourly

Gill Law Firm, based in Boynton Beach, Florida, is a boutique immigration law practice focused exclusively on extraordinary ability visas (O-1, EB-1A, P-1) for athletes, artists, entrepreneurs, and other top talent. We are seeking a detail-oriented Research Team Member to support our attorneys and case managers in preparing high-quality visa applications.

Position:Research Team Member

Location:Remote (Flexible Hours)

Hours: Part-time - opportunity to grow

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct targeted online research to help support visa applications, supplementing documentation provided by clients.
  • Prepare and organize exhibits using Adobe, combining files in the correct order as outlined in each petition, and adding labeled cover pages (e.g., “Exhibit 1,” “Exhibit 2,” etc.).
  • Deliver completed exhibits promptly to attorneys and case managers.
  • Create and maintain digital client folders based on visa type. For example, O-1 visa clients will have folders for each of the eight possible criteria.
  • Ensure all documents are in English and comply with USCIS guidelines (e.g., no Wikipedia sources).
  • Collaborate closely with attorneys and case managers to ensure thorough and timely case preparation.
