MyInsuranceGuy is seeking a full-time, outgoing, career-oriented professional to join our team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service in a moderately paced work environment. You'll gain hands-on experience in problem solving, customer relationship management, and limited sales support—all while receiving clear direction.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, following up as needed.
• Generate outbound service related communication via phone, email, and mail.

Marketing Support:

• Help manage leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs.
• Market appropriate insurance products and services, including quoting insurance products.
• Assist in the sales process by providing product information and recommendations.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries related to policy availability, eligibility, coverages, changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarifications.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.

Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, and listening).
• Prior service experience is preferred.
• Strong customer focus and a passion for helping people manage risk and recover from the unexpected.
• Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions promptly.
• Proficiency in office software and data entry systems.
• Must hold or be able to obtain a valid Property & Casualty license and commit to staying current on product updates, technical developments, and continuing education.
