Job Summary

The Team Member (TM) supports operational, front-end, freight, and merchandising processes, helping maintain an active selling culture by ensuring all processes adhere to documented company standards designed to drive sales.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive attitude, work with urgency, and execute all directives, policies, and procedures accurately and timely.
• Contribute to a customer-focused environment by providing excellent customer service.
• Perform cashier and front-end duties as assigned, ensuring transactions are accurate and efficient, and providing a positive shopping experience.
• Unload, process, and stock freight within the correct locations following all merchandising guidelines.
• Perform store recovery, conditioning, and housekeeping tasks inside and outside the store.
• Complete daily/weekly tasks efficiently and on time.
• Participate in customer satisfaction, inventory control/shrink, safety, and loss prevention efforts.
• Perform other duties based on business needs.
