Job Summary

The Team Member (TM) supports all operational, front-end, freight, and merchandising processes. They help maintain an active selling culture by ensuring all processes adhere to documented company standards designed to drive sales.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• The TM maintains a positive attitude, works with urgency, and executes all directives, policies, and procedures accurately, thoroughly, and promptly.
• The TM contributes to a customer-focused environment while providing excellent service.
• The TM performs cashier and front-end duties as assigned, ensuring transactions are accurate and efficient, and providing a positive shopping experience.
• The TM unloads, processes, and stocks freight according to store guidelines.
• The TM performs store recovery, conditioning, and housekeeping tasks inside and outside the building.
• The TM completes daily/weekly tasks efficiently and on time.
• The TM actively participates in customer satisfaction, inventory control/shrink, safety, and loss prevention efforts to ensure store effectiveness and profitability.
• All other duties are based on business needs.

Qualifications & Competencies

• At least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and comprehension.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs, or team lift 100 lbs.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and honest, doing the right thing for the team, customers, and company.

Flexible and creative, capable of handling multiple tasks with shifting priorities.
