Job Summary: The Team Member (TM) supports all operational, front-end, freight, and merchandising processes and helps maintain an active selling culture by ensuring that all processes meet documented company standards designed to drive sales.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. The TM maintains a positive attitude, works with urgency, and executes all directives, policies, and procedures accurately, thoroughly, and timely.
2. Contributes to a customer-focused environment by providing excellent customer service.
3. Performs cashier and front-end duties as assigned, ensuring transactions are accurate and efficient, providing a positive shopping experience.
4. Unloads, processes, and stocks freight following store merchandising guidelines.
5. Performs store recovery, conditioning, and housekeeping tasks inside and outside the building.
6. Completes daily/weekly tasks efficiently and on time.
7. Participates in customer satisfaction, inventory control/shrink, safety, and loss prevention efforts to ensure effective and profitable store operation.
8. Performs other duties based on business needs.

Qualifications & Competencies:

1. At least 18 years old.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.
3. Clear communication skills, both verbal and comprehension.
4. Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
5. Ability to work independently and in a team.
6. Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs or team lift 100 lbs.
7. Reliable, trustworthy, ethical, and honest, doing the right thing for the team, customers, and company.
8. Flexible and creative, capable of handling multiple shifting priorities.
