Job Summary: The Team Member (TM) role supports operational, front‑end, freight, and merchandising processes, ensuring procedures adhere to company standards that drive sales.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive attitude and timely execution of company directives, policies, and procedures.
• Contribute to a customer‑focused environment while providing excellent customer service.
• Perform cashier and front‑end duties ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.
• Unload, process, and stock freight in correct locations while following merchandising guidelines.
• Execute store recovery, conditioning, and housekeeping tasks inside and outside the building.
• Complete daily/weekly workloads and tasks efficiently and on‑time.
• Actively impact customer satisfaction, inventory control/shrink, safety, and loss prevention to operate effectively and profitably.
• Perform other duties as needed based on business requirements.

Qualifications & Competencies

• Minimum 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Clear and concise verbal communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Capable of lifting a minimum of 50 lbs. or lifting a team of 100 lbs.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and ethical behavior.
