Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking a Team Member for a Firehouse Subs location to deliver friendly guest service, take orders, process payments, and maintain cleanliness.

The role requires being at least 16, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and willing to learn all restaurant operations, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, while upholding health and safety standards and uniform policies.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests with a smile while receiving orders and processing payments.
• Prepares and packages food and drink products.
• Maintains the cleanliness of the restaurant including dining room, restrooms & exterior.
• Maintains health and safety standards in work areas.
• Unloads and stocks inventory items as needed.
• Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts.
• Follows Firehouse Subs uniform and grooming standards and policies.

POSITION OVERVIEW:The Team Member is responsible for providing exceptional guest service while working closely with the Restaurant Managers and other Team Members to maintain operational standards and procedures. This position operates under the direction of the General Manager, Assistant Managers, and Shift Coordinators.
