Job summary

Firehouse Subs in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Team Member to deliver friendly guest service while collaborating with managers and teammates. You will take orders, process payments, and help keep the dining area clean and welcoming.

You will assist in food and drink preparation, uphold health and safety standards, stock items as needed, and support other stations. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required, with adherence to uniform policies.

POSITION OVERVIEW:The Team Member is responsible for providing exceptional guest service while working closely with the Restaurant Managers and other Team Members to maintain operational standards and procedures. This position operates under the direction of the General Manager, Assistant Managers, and Shift Coordinators.
