Job summary

Jamba Juice in Idaho is seeking a part-time crew member to join our team. You will greet guests, take orders accurately, and prepare menu items while maintaining cleanliness and organization across dining and prep areas.

Training in multiple positions may be provided to support front-of-house, back-of-house, and guest service tasks. Responsibilities include friendly customer service, handling cash when applicable, and ensuring orders are delivered correctly.

Position Overview: Implementation of procedures, standards, and tactics to optimize restaurant sales, control costs, provide a quality guest experience by adherence to quality, cleanliness, and service standards.Essential Function: Responsible for following brand standards, company rules and policies and job responsibilities in job positions as assigned by the supervisor.Team members are to strive to deliver a quality guest experience, deliver products that meet brand standards and recipes, maintain their stations in a clean and orderly manner and assist other team members as needed.Crew members may be trained in multiple positions including front of house, back of house, guest service, or prep and production. Each position has different duties and responsibilities:Job Responsibilities:Responsible for the preparation of certain food itemsResponsible for greeting guests and taking their orders accurately in a friendly manner.This position requires knowledge of the menu items and their ingredients and packaging as well as familiarity with the step-by-step procedure for making various food and beverage products. Some positions require the preparation of food and beverage items and the team member is responsible for maintaining quality standards of the products prepared.Responsible for friendly and efficient customer service. In addition, Team Members working cash handling positions will be responsible for accurate cash control.Responsible for delivering food and drink orders to guests and confirming accuracy of orders.Responsible for cleanliness in the dining room and other service areas accessed by guests. May also be responsible for cleanliness of various stations or food production or storage areas.Job Type: Hourly/Part-TimeEducation: Must meet age requirements. Some, but not all positions require a high school diploma or equivalent.
