Take 5 Car Wash in Alabama is seeking a Team Member to deliver outstanding customer service while supporting wash operations. You’ll guide vehicles through the wash tunnel, assist with member sign-ups, and help maintain cleanliness and safety.

This role covers Welcome Station, Wash Station, and Convenience Station duties, requiring a friendly attitude, reliability, and teamwork to drive member experience, accuracy, and daily site upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional customer service across all stations.
• Guide vehicles into the wash tunnel and ensure safety.
• Support sales and membership growth with consistent processes.
• Assist member sign-ups, changes, and account management.
• Follow pricing and discount policies.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean wash area.
• Assist with vehicle preparation and identify preexisting conditions.
• Operate wash equipment safely and efficiently.
• Communicate operational issues with team and management.
• Engage with customers to ensure a positive experience and encourage Google reviews.
• Manage member accounts, including cancellations and plan changes.
• Stock and organize detail centers to maintain accessibility and inventory accuracy.
• Empty trash cans regularly and keep work areas clean.
• Maintain vacuum stations and check for clogs.
• Perform general site upkeep for safety and cleanliness.
• Maintain professional conduct and adhere to uniform standards.
• Perform opening and closing duties.
• Clean and maintain the tunnel for safety and efficiency.
• Prepare towels and other necessary materials to support daily operations.

Job description

As a Team Member, you’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining the quality and efficiency of our wash operations. This hands‑on role includes guiding vehicles into the wash tunnel, owning membership activities, and upholding cleanliness and safety standards to provide our customers with a top‑tier experience.

Welcome Station and Sales Performance

• Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Support sales and membership growth through consistent processes and knowledgeable guidance.
• Assist with member sign-ups, changes, and account management.
• Follow company policies related to pricing and discounts.

Wash Station Service

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized wash area.
• Assist with vehicle preparation, including identifying preexisting conditions.
• Operate wash equipment safely and efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding operational issues.

Convenience Station

• Engage with customers professionally to ensure a positive experience and encourage Google reviews.
• Manage member accounts, including cancellations, plan changes, and overall member experience (CX).
• Stock and organize detail centers to maintain accessibility and inventory accuracy.
• Empty trash cans regularly and maintain clean work areas.
• Maintain vacuum stations by checking for clogs and emptying canisters.
• Perform general site upkeep, including trash pickup, weed removal, and other maintenance tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment.

General Duties

• Maintain professional conduct and adhere to uniform standards at all times.
• Perform opening and closing duties to ensure smooth operations.
• Clean and maintain the tunnel to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
• Prepare towels and other necessary materials to support daily operations.
