Job summary

MilkShake Factory in North Dallas (Preston Valley) is seeking a Team Member to craft desserts, serve guests, and keep the store running smoothly. Training will be provided; bring a positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

You will contribute to a friendly, efficient team, handle basic cash operations, and help drive sales through samples and recommendations while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• Friendly, reliable, and a team player.
• Comfortable on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service or cash-handling experience is a plus — not required.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Craft high-quality milkshakes, sundaes, and chocolate barks to standard — every time
• Deliver genuine, friendly service that makes guests want to come back
• Drive sales through sampling, product recommendations, and natural upselling
• Handle customer concerns calmly and professionally
• Keep the store clean, stocked, and organized — floor, coolers, and stockroom
• Follow cash handling, food safety, and safety procedures accurately
