Qualifications

• Friendly, reliable, and a team player.
• Comfortable on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
• Cash-handling or customer service experience is a plus — not required.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Craft high-quality milkshakes, sundaes, and chocolate barks to standard — every time.
• Deliver genuine, friendly service that makes guests want to come back.
• Drive sales through sampling, product recommendations, and upselling.
• Handle customer concerns calmly and professionally.
• Keep the store clean, stocked, and organized — floor, coolers, and stockroom.
• Follow cash handling,-food safety, and safety procedures accurately.

The Role

As a Team Member, you craft the product, serve the guests, and keep the store running smoothly. We'll train you on everything — all you need to bring is a great attitude and a willingness to work.
