Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is looking for an Assistant Store Manager in Las Vegas, Nevada, to support overall store operations and help deliver exceptional sales results. You will play a crucial role in leading and developing the sales team while acting as the Store Manager in their absence.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in retail, strong clienteling skills, and a demonstrated ability to adhere to brand standards. Flexibility in scheduling and a Bachelor's degree are preferred.

The Assistant Store Manager supports overall store operations and the Store Manager to deliver sales targets and an exceptional client experience. You will lead and develop the sales team, drive operational excellence, and act as Store Manager in their absence. The role requires strong leadership, clienteling skills, and adherence to brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop store team; support onboarding and training of new hires.
• Drive sales performance, build client books, manage in-store appointments and clienteling activities.
• Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand standards and supports product performance.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, cycle counts, opening/closing counts and shrink control.
• Support retail operations including cash, POS procedures, morning briefs and store standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in retail; luxury experience preferred (3 years preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred; strong digital literacy and POS proficiency.
• Proactive, goal oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays; ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
