Job summary

The Brobston Group LLC is seeking a Team Manager in Charlotte, NC to support the Store Director in leading a luxury retail team and elevating the client experience. You will coach staff, manage back-of-house operations and drive sales to meet plans.

You’ll also develop client relationships and oversee talent activities when needed. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in retail leadership, a proven sales record, and flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management or relevant customer-related experience.
• Proven track record in sales generation and managing achievement of sales results.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Preferred: college/university degree and GIA or graduate gemologist coursework.
