Brobston Group is seeking a Team Manager in New Jersey to act as a brand ambassador and sales leader. You will drive the team to deliver outstanding client experiences while supporting the Store Manager with coaching, training, and operational execution.

You will analyze performance, develop action plans, and lead clienteling initiatives to build loyalty and maximize revenue. Strong communication and leadership are essential to inspire the team and ensure excellence across store operations.
