Job summary

The Stoll Foundation is seeking a Team Leader, Support Services to lead a team of support workers delivering person-centred support and promoting independence and wellbeing within our Fulham-based housing services.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience working with vulnerable adults, managing and motivating staff, and delivering services in partnership with external agencies. Closing date 14th August 2026 at 5pm.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience working with vulnerable adults to promote independence.
• Extensive experience in managing and motivating a staff team.
• Experience of working in partnership with other agencies
• Experience of reviewing, monitoring and evaluating outcomes in the delivery of support services.
• Experience/knowledge of the issues facing the ex-Service community.
• Experience of managing health and safety, monitoring and reviewing risk assessments
• Understanding of best practice in delivering social care.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of support workers delivering person-centred support.
• Drive independence and wellbeing through Stoll's supported housing services.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety and risk management across the team.
• Collaborate with partner agencies to coordinate care and services.
• Support continuous improvement through outcomes review and evaluation.
