Job summary

The Stoll Foundation is seeking a Team Leader, Support Services to lead a team of support workers delivering person-centred support and promoting independence and wellbeing within our Fulham-based housing services.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience working with vulnerable adults, managing and motivating staff, and delivering services in partnership with external agencies. Closing date 14th August 2026 at 5pm.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience working with vulnerable adults to promote independence.
• Extensive experience in managing and motivating a staff team.
• Experience of working in partnership with other agencies
• Experience of reviewing, monitoring and evaluating outcomes in the delivery of support services.
• Experience/knowledge of the issues facing the ex-Service community.
• Experience of managing health and safety, monitoring and reviewing risk assessments
• Understanding of best practice in delivering social care.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of support workers delivering person-centred support.
• Drive independence and wellbeing through Stoll's supported housing services.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety and risk management across the team.
• Collaborate with partner agencies to coordinate care and services.
• Support continuous improvement through outcomes review and evaluation.

Location: Fulham base; onsite across all Stoll Foundation offices

Contract Type: Permanent

Salary: £37,651 per year plus benefits

Job type: Full-time [Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm]

Responsible for: 3.5 Community Support Officers, 2 Independent Living Workers

The Stoll Foundation is a leading provider of supported housing for vulnerable and disabled veterans in the UK. With a proud legacy of service, we are committed to delivering safe, high-quality homes and support that enables independence, dignity, and wellbeing for those who have served their country.

We are seeking an inspiring Team Leader, Support Services to continue our innovative work with Veterans. This post will be based at our site in Fulham, leading a team of support workers who deliver person-centred support, promote independence and wellbeing as part of Stoll's supported housing services.

The successful applicant will be passionate about providing a high-quality support service, getting the best outcomes possible, and have the following experience and knowledge:

• Extensive experience working with vulnerable adults to promote independence.
• Extensive experience in managing and motivating a staff team.
• Experience of working in partnership with other agencies
• Experience of reviewing, monitoring and evaluating outcomes in the delivery of support services.
• Experience/knowledge of the issues facing the ex-Service community.
