Job summary

Norwood in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Team Leader to guide a residential care home for adults with learning disabilities. You will lead from the front, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care and safe, smooth operations.

You will coach and mentor Support Workers to maximise team performance, develop care plans with independence and choice, and oversee recruitment, training and supervision of staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential care leadership or management.
• Knowledge of CQC standards and safeguarding.
• People management and mentoring skills.

About the Role

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Team Leader to join a residential care setting, supporting adults with learning disabilities.

In this role, you'll lead from the front - delivering high-quality, person-centred care, supporting your team, and ensuring the home runs safely and effectively. You'll work closely with the Home Manager and Deputy Manager to maintain excellent standards and positive outcomes for the people you support.
