Position Overview

Responsibilities

1. Establish and follow up on customer relationships.
2. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including inquiries about insurance, policy changes, claims, and billing.
3. Assist the agent in establishing and meeting marketing goals.
4. Use a needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
5. Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to success daily.
