You’ll lead by example in a fast-paced setting, open/close shifts, count drawers, and ensure guests receive exceptional service. Candidates should be energetic, reliable, and able to train new hires.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced hospitality environments.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to train new hires and manage performance.

Responsibilities

• Participate operationally in day-to-day activities in a high-volume restaurant.
• Respond promptly and respectfully to Guest needs.
• Assist in training of new hires; set the tone for a shift.
• Be a friendly, encouraging team member and leader.
• Open and/or close; lead shifts; be a key holder.
• Count drawers and finalize day; ensure accuracy.
