Job summary

Chick-fil-A Wooster is seeking a Team Leader who champions our values and serves guests with a servant’s heart. This role supports senior leadership in daily operations and coaches team members to uphold Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service.

You will lead by example, open and close shifts, train new hires, and create a friendly, high-energy environment in a fast-paced restaurant. Strong communication and a commitment to superior service are essential.

Qualifications

• Smile and create eye contact with guests.

• Reliable transportation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong people skills with a desire to serve Team Members and deliver superior customer service.
• Ability to manage team member behavioral and performance issues.

Responsibilities

• Participate operationally in day-to-day activities in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.
• Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs.
• Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team.
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player.
• Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder.
• Count drawers and finalize day.
