Job summary

Wild Fork in Aurora, IL seeks a Team Leader to support store leadership by overseeing daily operations, delegating tasks, and driving performance. You will deliver a Wild Fork Personal Chef shopping experience to every guest and train sales leaders to do the same.

You’ll lead with determination, collaborate across teams, and focus on inventory, KPIs, and customer service, while fostering growth, training, and a culture of ownership and accountability.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED preferred (not required).
• One year of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant is required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people, by showing interest and carefully listening to their needs.
• Enjoy interacting and engaging with customers and team members.
• Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business.
• The availability to work a flex schedule, working various hours and shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best in class customer service and a Wild Fork Personal Chef shopping experience to all customers.
• Be a true subject matter expert in all product categories and cascade this knowledge to team members.
• Lead and train Sales Leaders to perform at their best and handle customer complaints with SOPs guidance.
• Coordinate daily store operations, inventory, and sales processes; monitor KPIs and store performance.
• Support SSL in scheduling and shadowing for new joiners and ongoing training.
