Responsibilities

• Participate in day-to-day operations in a high-volume restaurant.
• Provide immediate, respectful responses to guests’ needs and concerns.
• Assist in training new hires and set a positive shift tone.
• Lead by example as a friendly, encouraging team member.
• Open or close the restaurant, lead shifts, and act as a key holder.
• Count drawers and finalize day’s finances with accuracy.
• Communicate clearly, both in writing and speech.
