Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support Store leadership, deliver Legendary Service, coach Team Members, and own assigned sales-floor presentation areas.

The Team Leader is expected to be a top selling Team Member with clear ownership of Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, clothing recovery, and BOPIS/OMNI support based on store needs. This role emphasizes safe, productive operations and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Deliver Legendary Service and reinforce leading with Legendary behaviors through Customer engagement and coaching.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, Endcap, and clothing recovery.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution and customer handoff.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts and delegate tasks.
• Operate cash register and forklift; assist customers with loading purchases.
• Complete all documentation accurately and timely.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
