Job summary

Tractor Supply Company seeks a Team Leader to support store leadership, deliver Legendary Service, coach Team Members, and own assigned sales-floor presentation areas including Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, clothing recovery, and BOPIS/OMNI support.

The role requires leading by example as a top selling Team Member, with accountability for execution and safe work practices across shifts and departments.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred; supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Able to read, write, and count accurately.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, with varied hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Uphold and promote a safe and productive work environment by following policies and procedures.
• Deliver Legendary Service and reinforce Leading with Legendary behaviors through customer engagement and coaching.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts, including delegation and follow-up.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, and Endcap execution, maintenance, signing, and recovery.
• Own full weekly Clothing Department recovery, including standards and follow-up.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution, including picking, staging, and customer handoff.
• Support front-end, sales-floor, recovery, and customer engagement routines.
