Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a Team Leader to support Store leadership, coach Team Members, and own assigned sales-floor areas. In the updated model, Team Leaders are top sellers with clear ownership of Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, clothing recovery, and BOPIS/OMNI support as needed.

You’ll help create Legendary Service, lead shifts, train Team Members, and ensure safe, compliant operations across front-end, floor, and recovery routines.

Qualifications

• , Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• , Supervisory experience preferred.
• , Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
• , High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
• , Regardless of education level, you must be able to read, write, and count accurately.
• , Basic computer skills are preferred.
• , Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically and with minimal conflict.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, and have the ability to work varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime as dictated by business needs.
• Uphold and promote a safe and productive work environment by following and enforcing policies and procedures.
• Deliver Legendary Service and reinforce Leading with Legendary behaviors through Customer engagement, Team Member coaching, and accountability for execution.
• Use A+ Coaching routines to develop Team Members, improve selling behaviors, and reinforce consistent operating standards.
• Own Power Panel execution, maintenance, replenishment, signing, and recovery.
• Own Clipstrip execution, maintenance, replenishment, signing, and recovery.
• Own Endcap execution, maintenance, signing, and recovery.
• Own full weekly Clothing Department recovery, including assigned standards and follow-up.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution, including picking, staging, Customer handoff, and follow-up as assigned.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts, including task delegation, follow-up, service expectations, and safe work practices.
