Job summary

Tractor Supply Company seeks a Team Leader to support store leadership, coach Team Members, and own key sales‑floor areas including Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and Clothing recovery.

You will lead assigned Team Members during shifts, deliver Legendary Service, and help execute BOPIS/OMNI tasks, while upholding safety and performance standards. This role requires flexibility and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or related fields with supervisory exposure preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Legendary Service and reinforce leading with Legendary behaviors through customer engagement and coaching.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, and Endcap execution, maintenance, signing, and recovery.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts with delegation, follow-up, and safe work practices.
• Support front-end, sales-floor, recovery and customer engagement routines as needed.
