Donaldson is seeking an Operations/Production support role in the United States. You will assist the Production Supervisor to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets, and help coordinate manpower and material flow across the production line.

You will train team members, apply lean methods, and use Oracle/Excel to log data, track quality, and verify first piece inspections. Forklift certification and blueprint reading are required in this fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Assist Production Supervisor in meeting departmental goals (safety, quality, delivery, cost).
• Distribute and align manpower for production optimization.
• Coordinate material flow to support production goals.
• Troubleshoot machine downtime and production variances.
• Communicate goals and challenges to team and leadership.
• Train team on PPE, procedures, methods, and quality requirements.
• Identify lean opportunities and implement lean processes.
• Use KPIs to drive results and verify first piece inspections.
