Job summary

Donaldson Company, Inc. is seeking a Lean Master to lead Lean strategy implementations across multiple plants in the Americas. You will train managers, build lean culture, and deploy Lean structures, while guiding complex improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma techniques.

The role demands 10+ years in manufacturing with Lean/Six Sigma certification, strong leadership, and the ability to travel up to 70% to support sites in Bloomington, MN; Baldwin, WI; or Cresco, IA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Quality or Engineering.
• Lean or Six Sigma certification is required.
• Minimum 10+ years in a manufacturing environment with Lean/Six Sigma focus (70% travel).

Responsibilities

• Deliver highly complex business improvements using Lean (Six Sigma) methodologies.
• Plan and lead lean training workshops for multiple sites.
• Organize Kaizen events, document financial impacts, and report outcomes.
• Mentor teams across sites in lean deployment and continuous improvement.
