Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Leadership, Business, Engineering or related field.
• Six plus years of management or supervisory experience, preferably in a larger distribution facility or startup operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead DC shifts to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
• Coordinate with EHS and Quality to support QMS/EMS.
• Develop and manage the distribution center budget.
• Ensure training and standard work compliance across teams.
• Lead staffing, scheduling, and supervisor development.
• Foster continuous improvement and Lean initiatives.
• Analyze efficiency, downtime, and equipment utilization.
• Maintain effective communication with workforce and leadership.
