Responsibilities

• Assist Production Supervisor to meet KPIs for safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Distribute and align manpower for production optimization.
• Coordinate material flow to support production goals.
• Troubleshoot machine downtime and production variances.
• Communicate department goals and progress to team and leaders.
• Train team on PPE, procedures, problem solving, and quality requirements.
• Identify lean improvements and implement lean processes.
• Use KPIs to drive results and monitor performance.
• Verify first piece inspections and scrap reports.
• Enter data daily/weekly/monthly in Oracle.
• Investigate near misses and incidents; complete reports.
