Job summary

Donaldson Company is seeking a Lean Master to lead the implementation of the Lean strategy at multiple plants in the region. You will work with plant managers to deliver training, build a lean culture, and establish a lean structure, driving significant improvements using Lean and Six Sigma.

The role reports to the Senior Manager Operational Excellence Americas and sits in Bloomington or nearby. It is regionally based with global travel, and requires a hybrid schedule at the Bloomington, MN,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Quality, or Engineering.
• Lean or Six Sigma certification.
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing environment.
• A minimum of 3 years working exclusively with Lean (Six Sigma).
• 70% travel required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly complex business improvement using Lean (Six Sigma).
• Plan, lead Kaizen events and manage financial impacts.
• Identify and ensure delivery of business improvements with measurable benefits.
• Mentor and coach teams across sites in lean initiatives.
• Develop and update training materials aligned with lean methodologies.
