Chick-fil-A is seeking a Team Leader to support senior leadership in daily operations and coach team members at our Tallahassee restaurant. The role emphasizes servant leadership, strong character, urgency, and a culture of exceptional guest service.

You will help run the restaurant effectively, lead by example, and ensure accountability for operational excellence. The position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities and opportunities for growth within a people-focused environment.

Responsabilidades

• Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
• Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
• Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player
• Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder
• Count drawers and finalize day
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
