Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support Store leadership, coach Team Members, and own assigned sales-floor areas such as Power Panels, Clipstrips, and Endcaps. You’ll lead shifts, ensure safety, and drive omni and BOPIS support as needed to deliver Legendary Service.

The role emphasizes coaching, ownership of store presentation, and working with front-end and recovery routines to maintain high standards and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Education : High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Regardless of education level, you must be able to read, write, and count accurately.

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, and have the ability to work varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime as dictated by business needs.
• Uphold and promote a safe and productive work environment by following and enforcing policies and procedures.
• Deliver Legendary Service and reinforce Leading with Legendary behaviors through Customer engagement, Team Member coaching, and accountability for execution.
• Use A+ Coaching routines to develop Team Members, improve selling behaviors, and reinforce consistent operating standards.
