• Minimum of 5 years managing civil/site design projects

• Strong understanding of land development design, permitting, and regulatory processes
• Experience working on projects in Southern Maryland preferred
• Proven success building and maintaining client relationships
• Excellent organizational, delegation, leadership, and communication skills
• Commitment to quality, collaboration, and client service excellence

Responsibilities

This is an exciting opportunity for a licensed Professional Engineer to lead a diverse portfolio of land development projects while helping clients achieve their development goals throughout Southern Maryland and the surrounding region.

What You'll Do
