Job summary

Soltesz in the Lanham office is seeking a Team Leader to guide civil engineering and land development projects, supervise and mentor project staff, and manage client relationships.

You will coordinate staffing, oversee budgets and invoicing, and contribute to proposals and business development, while partnering with senior leadership to achieve company goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Active Maryland Professional Engineer registration is required.
• Eight or more years of progressive civil engineering and land development design experience.
• Proven staff management and mentoring experience.
• Strong technical plan development and review capabilities.
• Excellent organizational, delegation, and communication skills.

What You’ll Bring

• Suburban Maryland land development experience preferred
• Montgomery County experience is a plus
