Woodlands Pet Food & Treats is hiring a Pet Enthusiast Team Leader (key-holder) for Tiburon with training in a multi-store setup. The role includes customer and pet interaction, daily store tasks, and leadership duties across three locations after training.

The position emphasizes a friendly, pet-focused team environment, competitive pay based on experience, and comprehensive training to develop a long-term career in pet care.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and pets and provide thoughtful service and advice
• Opening/Closing tasks and retail cashier duties
• Clean the pet wash facility and maintain cleanliness
• Carry purchases to customers' cars and keep the store neat
• Feed and clean up after the store cats
• Open and close stores as scheduled and provide direction to team members
• Make daily bank deposits and check-in deliveries for stocking

GUT-CHECK / SUMMARY:We're looking for full-time (30 to 40 hours/week) key-holderswith retail experience and a desire to develop a long-term career. You're a smart, high-energy, positive-minded pet lover. Maybe your skills have gone unnoticed at Petco or PFE, and you think you'd be a better fit at a smaller store more intensely focused on helping pets and their owners. Or maybe you're currently under-appreciated in a larger corporate retail environment and would like to have more of an impact on your store. We'll train you about the pet world and our role in it.

You are applying to our Tiburon store.Interviews and Basic Training take place in our Novato store. After training, most of your shifts will be in your Home Store, but you will get to work in all 3 locations (Tiburon, Greenbrae, and Novato).

• Opening / Closing tasks


• Retail Cashier


• Cleanthe pet wash


• Carrycustomer purchases out to the car


• Keepthe store neat, clean, and orderly


• Feedand cleanup after the store cats

Key-Holder / Manager Duties:

All of the above, plus:

• Open and Close the stores, as scheduled


• Execute opening and closing procedures


• Provide clear, helpful direction to other team members


• Handlesticky customer situations


• Make daily bank deposits


• Accurately check-in loadon delivery days and make sure it is stocked properly on the floor


• Seek out pet-related information for you and your team
