Bloomberg runs on data, and in Data we're responsible for acquiring and providing it to our clients. We collect, model, analyze, and publish data which is the backbone of the Bloomberg Terminal. We apply problem-solving skills to identify innovative workflow efficiencies and implement solutions to enhance our systems, products, and processes - all while delivering advanced insights to our clients.
Our Team:
The Data Inventories and Integration team acts as the bridge between modeling and the data at Bloomberg. This work includes managing the semantic and field inventories, working with subject matter experts to help onboard them to the Metadata tech stack, and much more! The team composition features technical specialists and data engineers to drive these initiatives.
What’s the role?
Data Team Leaders are the frontline managers and play a critical role in developing and leading individuals with diverse experience and expertise spanning across several functions and subject matter areas.
As a Team Leader of the Data Inventories and Integration team, you will be pivotal in the development of our Metadata products at Bloomberg. The day-to-day will vary; some days you'll advise engineers on the development of infrastructure and platforms. Other days, you'll meet with Data teams to promote Metadata best practices. Your work will touch a multitude of domains across different groups.

Salary Range = 135000-180000 USD Annually + Benefits + Bonus
The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training, and skill level.
