Seer is a remote-first agency and Certified B-Corp, with team members working across the country. This position can also be based at our HQ in Philadelphia if preferred. We can only consider candidates based in the US who are able to work continental US hours.

The Role: You engage with C-level executives with ease, forging partnerships built on trust and transparency. You enjoy discussing high-level strategy and demonstrating the broader business impact beyond clicks and conversions, but are also comfortable diving into details. You’ll help balance high Google rankings with meaningful human connections, working closely with our team to ensure clients rank well and find answers. You’re eager to support your colleagues and could be the Team Lead we’re looking for.

Role Highlights
  1. Grow divisional revenue by retaining your client portfolio and identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.
  2. Build and maintain strong, empathetic, and transparent client relationships aimed at exceeding their goals.
  3. Manage and develop junior team members, understanding their goals and guiding their growth.
  4. Contribute to defining the SEO team of the future through sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new team members.
  5. Drive thought leadership by sharing insights on industry trends, tests, and trials with clients and the digital marketing community.
  6. Leverage AI tools to improve workflows and share learnings for team benefit.
Essential Skills
  1. Hands-on SEO experience across Content Strategy, Enterprise SEO, PR, Paid Media, and Analytics, with a data-backed approach to strategy and effectiveness measurement.
  2. Excellent client management skills, comfortable engaging with C-level executives and connecting tactics to business goals.
  3. Strong conflict resolution skills, capable of diffusing high-tension situations.
  4. A proven track record of identifying growth opportunities and increasing revenue.
  5. Exceptional leadership skills, with experience managing 4+ direct reports.
  6. Ability to identify and recruit talented team members.
90 Day Goals
  1. Complete division training and begin supporting clients and team members by Day 30.
  2. Support at least 2 impactful client initiatives and 2 direct reports by Day 60.
  3. Operate independently at full capacity, managing a full book of business and team by Day 90.

Compensation & Benefits
  1. $95,000-$116,000 annually, based on skills and experience.
