Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a skilled Team Leader to guide other team leaders and address operational issues to ensure efficient product flow. This on-site role requires strong leadership, lean knowledge, and the ability to coach others while coordinating with multiple departments.

You will lead Lean activities, schedule work, ensure safety, monitor quality, and drive continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range: $26.00
