Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Materials Team Leader to coordinate activities across receiving, warehousing, shipping, and inventory control. You will lead MDI teams, create and maintain standard work, and help resolve shortages and flow issues.

Position Summary: The Materials Team leader is responsible for coordinating activities throughout materials including but not limited to receiving, warehousing, shipping, and inventory control. They are responsible for leading and coaching MDI. They create, maintain and help ensure standard work is followed. They track shortages, material flow issues, receiving/shipping issues and help provide resolution.

Position Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of employee’s and adherence to EHS requirements
• Lead MDI and other related materials activities and meetings
• Leading and training employee’s, providing feedback and coaching
• Ensuring material availability and accurate inventories
• Ensures all transactions and logs are executed correctly and in a timely manor
• Ensures all necessary documents are maintained and filed in accordance with compliance and retention polices

Salary and Compensation
